This product is a combined package of 2 Filtrete Synthetic HEPA vacuum bags. These Filtrete Hoover Y HEPA Bags comprises of electro statically charged fibers that work like small magnets. However you need to change your bags every 30 to 60 days for maximum utilization of the product and to take the most out of it.

These bags are well designed to with strict HEPA standards. When air is sucked through these bags, the media in these prevents and traps nearly 99.97% of all pollutants nearly 0.3 microns or even larger. They also trap mold spores, pet dander, grass and ragweed pollen and also microscopic allergens.

I bought a new one and my problem is still there!
The whole outside is covered in dust and dirt, everytime I empty the canister dust/dirt goes everywhere, the vacuum is 3 months old but looks like its 50 years old with all the dust on the outsude!
Am I using it wrong? What to do?
